Laudisio
Well, I guess you need to expand your "restaurant located" site to 29th St. Anyway, we went to Laudisio's yesterday afternoon. The selection of small plates was extensive, and oh so reasonable, and oh so yummy. Everything we ordered was very good. There were 4 of us, so we ordered a lot. This was our lunch at 3:30. Three of us had the house red wine, which was $3, and we all agreed it was very good wine, didn't ask what it was. Would definitely tell others about this. Plus, the bar is a great place to hang.

Dolan's Restaurant
Dolan's is often over-looked because it is not on the beaten path of Pearl Street pubs. However, should you dare to venture beyond Downtown (by a few blocks), Dolan's happy hour has great food in addition to a good deal on wine. Slightly older crowd (more 35+ than I've seen anywhere else), and decent service. You can almost always find a seat despite the popularity. Usually has ESPN on. Don't miss the AHI TUNA QUESADILLA - a steal at $5.00 and could almost be dinner if you aren't starving.

Dark Horse
I recently went to the Dark Horse for a Friday happy hour. I was pleasantly surprised to see that at 5 pm there was still plenty of space and not too loud. They have a nice area for friends to meet near a fireplace which is perfect on a cold winter day. 1/2 price appetizers were good - not incredible - but well worth the visit.

Coaches' Corner Sports Bar
I went to check out this place out on a Thursday night during the summer and I was pleasantly surprised by the 25 cent wings. They were a decent size and the buffalo sauce was tasty. I'd definitely say worth the price. The bar itself, however, wasn't that crowded--I suspect that the bar gets quite crowded during the school year and when students' families are in town.

Akiyama Sushi Bar
This restaurant is overpriced and the service was awful. I am upset that I paid for the service I received here. The boss was yelling at the staff as my date and I were waiting for the waitress to return to process payment for the check. After a while we walked over to the waitress and had to interupt the yelling to ask if I could pay for my meal. I should have walked out, but I am honest and paid but will not return when there are so many other great sushi places in Boulder for much less $. I hope this is not the experience others have had here.
